Care & Cleaning

  • Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.
  • Cool Before Cleaning: Allow the tagine pot to cool completely before washing to prevent thermal shock.
  • Hand Wash Only: Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or cloth to clean the pot. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh detergents that can scratch the enamel.
  • Remove Stubborn Residue: For tough, stuck-on food, soak the pot in warm, soapy water for 15-20 minutes before gently scrubbing.
